It is inconvenient to set up a special mixing station for paving in underground coal mine, and it is difficult for ground concrete to be transported to underground coal mine, so in the process of roadway paving, it is often paving while mixing. Pure manual mixing employs more people, the worker's labor intensity is greater, and the dust in the mixing process is harmful to the human body; the traditional self-falling mixer has larger volume, low mixing efficiency, high artificial feeding height, still occupies more manpower, the worker's labor intensity is still greater, and it is still avoided in the process of feeding and mixing. No dust problem. To solve the above problems, a concrete mixing paving machine with high mixing efficiency, high mobility and low dust pollution is developed.。
Product function
1 integrated feeding device. Mixing and paving machine is equipped with material bucket to reduce the labor intensity of workers. Driven by hydraulic cylinder, the force structure of bucket is optimized according to the type and amount of concrete raw material used in underground mine, the force of bucket is analyzed, and the reasonable diameter and stroke of hydraulic cylinder are determined.
2 Integrative mixer. The mixing quality of concrete material largely determines the paving quality. In view of the small and flexible requirements of the mixing paver, the mixing device is designed in the form of a single horizontal shaft mixer. According to the types and proportions of paving concrete raw materials, the optimum area and angle of the mixing blade are determined. The optimum distance between the edge of the mixing blade and the inner wall of the mixing barrel is studied, and the mixing shaft is calculated. Torque, choose the right mixing motor and mixing design.
3 Discharging device of integrated machine. The unloading part of concrete products is the key part to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of materials to pavement. In order to improve the convenience of discharging materials from the integrated machine and reduce the concrete material sticking to the hopper, the equipment adopts hydraulic cylinder to drive the opening of the lower side of the mixing barrel, and changes the traditional heavy method of turning over the mixing barrel. According to the size of raw concrete and the distance between the mixing blade and the inner wall of the mixing barrel, the reasonable opening position is determined. And size, choose the appropriate waterproof seal and wear-resistant liner. In order to make the direction of concrete flow more controllable after mixing, it is proposed to set a diversion groove at the lower side of the discharge gate to avoid blockage.
4 Design of the walking mechanism of the integrated machine of a mixing paver. Considering the actual characteristics of underground paving engineering, the integrated machine adopts crawler-type walking device to ensure the ability of obstacle-crossing, water-wading, climbing and control system of the integrated machine to meet the requirements of flexibility and reliability in the process of underground paving.
